As of September 29, 2007 the management and staff of Pat's Restaurant have permanently gone fishing. Lynn and Kirk's 30 years of hard work have paid off. The right offer was made for the property and they took it.

In it's place, will be built condominiums. Great looking but not nearly as tasty.

If you enjoyed the West Coast Cuisine prepared by Lynn and Kirk we would like to suggest Saltaire Restaurant & Terrace which is only two blocks away overlooking Ambleside Beach with a spectacular view of the harbour and Stanley Park. Their chefs take great pride in both the preparation and presentation of their meals, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

If like many people, your favorite at Pat's was the weekend special Prime Rib served Thursday through Saturday you'll be pleased to know that Saltaire will be carrying on the tradition.

For your convenience we have updated the menu items to reflect Saltaire's offerings and provided a map for directions to Saltaire from Pat's. We hope you enjoy dining at Saltaire as much as you did Pat's and look forward to seeing you there.
